I decided to treat it as my friend, and have adopted it as my own

At times, it’s a double edge sword, but wouldn’t trade it because I want to ‘feel’

Humans have adopted these, for survival purposes, over the millennia

The more you consider these mental games as ‘wars’ in your mind, the harder they persist
